HAIDA CANOE, TOTEM & DESIGN

Built by Morris White in 1985, the Haida Canoe, Totem & Design Carving Shed has provided the workspace for many monumental projects. This is where Masters of totem pole and canoe carving work alongside apprentices and students of Haida art.

It is the home of Tluu Xaada Naay's cedar canoes and works-in-progress. Visitors who would like to view the carving shed and longhouse are encouraged to make an appointment by email.
